    苹果真的是个好东东

        苹果可以减肥,这已经是众女人皆知的苹果的妙处。因为苹果的热量不高,吃了又有饱足感,所以甚至有“三日纯吃苹果,可以减肥三到五公斤”的激进减肥法。
        苹果可以帮助香蕉保鲜,这是我看电视学来的,此法攻克了香蕉保鲜的大难题。把香蕉和一个苹果放进同一个塑料袋中扎紧,不要透任何气,放置一个星期之后,香蕉还能和刚买来时一样。
        苹果可以促进猕猴桃软化同时又能保鲜,这个现象是我刚刚发现的。早就听说猕猴桃和其它水果放在一起比较容易软,可我实践的结果总是烂掉的软,而不是新鲜的软。前两天突然决定象对待香蕉那样对待苹果,就是把猕猴桃和一个苹果密封在同一个塑料袋里,然后咧。。。奇迹(对我来说是奇迹,对各位来说可能已经是常识了)出现了!猕猴桃分期分批地软啦!
        苹果还是一种非常健康的水果,营养价值很高。西方有句谚语:“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.(一天一苹果,医生远离我。)”苹果除了15%的碳水化合物和果胶之外,维生素A、C、E及钾和抗氧化剂等含量也很丰富。其所含的多酚及黄酮类天然化学抗氧化物质,可及时清除体内的代谢“垃圾”,降低血液中的中性脂肪含量,而中性脂肪是造成血管硬化的罪魁祸首,对预防心脑血管疾病尤为重要。。。咦?怎么象健康饮食知识讲座,不能再说啦。
        这就是我们可爱的苹果!
